Clear 301 redirect firefox

Im a web developer and i made a mistake, i wrote a redirect! I looked to overcome the problem in other ways but i can't, i need that url on that server, i need to remove/refresh the cache, i tryed many solutions --from the built in clear cache to a phisical file removal-- but none worked. This is a great solution for me -- I want a cached 99% of the time, but once in a blue I might need to change the location of the redirect, and don't want to clear my ENTIRE cache. Just to clarify, Firefox comes with its own Web Developer menu under tools, which is not the addon. The addon is also called Web Developer, but shows up in your Tools menu as Web Developer Extension and can be. I have tried the following: clear cache, history, passwords etc. (I cleared everything after backing up my bookmarks) run firefox in safemode run firefox in safemode in windows 8 safemode reset firefox reinstall firefox w/o any saved or backup data This issue still persists. I am currently running a Norton scan, and will run malware bytes.

An option to disable caching of those redirects completely would be fine, too - but some way (possibly through an extension) to remove those cached redirects would be better.
